Group Training

Our group training programme is the ideal training option for those looking to get ‘in shape’. If your goal is to ‘lose the tum, drop some weight, or tone up’ this is the programme. Our programme is designed for year-round development, covering all aspects of fitness, for all levels


 How does our group training work

Unlimited group sessions that run 06:15-07:00 MWF morning, 19:00-20:00 every weekday evening, (we also have a boxing session that runs on a Thursday 18:30-19:30)

Learn to Lift on Monday and Friday 09:30-10:30 is PAYG (£6/session) but is included with in the group membership.

Membership also includes our open gym sessions every weekday evening 18:00-19:00 and Sunday morning 10:00-12:00 if you are struggling to make our coached sessions, or just want to burn some extra calories.

Depending on the type of session, we may limit availability

Is this session limited to a certain number of people?

Yes and no. In terms of goal specificity, this isn’t personalised. The programme is designed to improve all aspects of fitness concurrently. However, movement progressions are key, and we will ensure the appropriate level of movement is prescribed

Can we come in any time to train?

You can access our coached group sessions, and/or our designated open gym (unsupervised) sessions. The remainder of our opening hours are for clients on personal programmes
