More than personal training – At Forefront Strength and Conditioning we are more than rep counters and cheerleaders looking to make you sweat and/or vomit. We coach you through the entirety of your session, making sure you get the most out of your training.
We will educate you throughout the process in the gym, as well as guide you to make smart nutritional and lifestyle choices for maximum results….. whatever your goal
How does Personal Coaching work
Envision all the benefits of our personal programming package, with the flexibility, and exclusivity of working with a coach 1 on 1 for 1, 2 or 3 training sessions per week. If you would prefer to train when nobody else is training, then we will do our very best to accommodate this around our timetable.
If you would like to train during our open hours, this is also possible (exclusive of our group training programme)
As the name suggests, you will have the sole focus of one of our coaches to get the very best from each of your sessions and ensure nothing is missed during that training session.
Regardless of how many 121 coached sessions you choose per week, if you would like to train on additional days this will be programmed for you. Again, this can be with a personalised plan, or a personalised plan to complement our group training programme.
FAQ Personal Coaching
Can I train whenever I want?
For your paid 121 session, we will work to your schedule to the best of our ability. With the exception of our group training sessions.
Can I still attend group training sessions?
Of course, if this is an option you would like, we will ensure your coached sessions/personal programme works concurrently alongside our group sessions.
Can I pay for individual sessions?
We offer gift packages of 5 or 10 121 coached sessions. These are not inclusive of personal programming or our group package. Typically we require monthly payments as this tends to encourage your compliance to training, yielding better results.
